“Scouting in Finchley since 1914.”
Gordon Hall was built in the early 1920s as a permanent home for 10th Finchley, with much of the work carried out by the Scouts and Rovers themselves. Raised on brick piers and designed for community use, it quickly became the centre of Group life. Today, Gordon Hall is still in active use and is cared for by dedicated volunteers and trustees who continue the tradition of maintaining a welcoming home for Scouting in Finchley.
