10th Finchley is one of the longest-running Scout Groups in North London, offering young people meaningful, exciting experiences for more than a century. We provide Scouting for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, supported by a dedicated team of trained volunteers. As a proudly Scottish Group, we also maintain long-standing traditions — including providing kilts for our Scouts to wear at events and parades. Our mission remains the same today as it was in 1914: to help young people grow in confidence, develop skills for life and make a positive difference in their community.
Our leaders are fully trained, DBS-checked volunteers who plan and deliver safe, high-quality programmes for all three sections.
Responsible for overall coordination, safety, programme quality and volunteer support across the Group. Acts as the main point of contact for parents and new volunteers.
